We work with our clients to solve this problem. Through a combination of strategic marketing strategies from Compass Rose Marketing Center and business consulting, our clients build strategic systems for lead generation, lead conversion and business growth. Strategic business growth takes the tactics that many business owners are already using and makes them work or we develop new strategies. The bottom line is the opportunity to develop a system.

What we've learned is that many accountants offer business advisory services on some really important topics, but what most business owners need is more business. Many firms just don't have the resource or bandwidth to provide the in depth training and strategic planning that many business owners need. We provide the resource for offering your clients strategies for business growth.
We've developed a partnership program that provides each accountant with a branded to them E-Learning program -- filled with over 200 hours of video training, templates, scripts, done for you advertising library, and more, for their clients. (Guided Tour HERE) The E-Learning Center is developed with your brand and the revenue from it is yours. We typically charge $97 membership for our clients in the E-Learning program.
But it goes beyond just the E-Learning Center. We provide office hours at your site for your clients to meet with the business consultant to work with them to identify their goals and needs. In this process, we show them YOUR E-Learning Center and help them to get registered for the program. Each registered client of yours in the E-Learning Center is yours. We will also offer them our group coaching program -- that is exclusive to YOUR clients. In essence, we start building a community of your clients that are connecting, networking and possibly forming collaborative partnerships as well. This builds loyalty to you because they have a tremendous resource in the E-Learning Center AND they are connecting with peers.We go even further. In our coaching with clients we are working with them to increase their business revenue and volume, which results in MORE accounting needs and we send them back to you as the accountability partner that helps them monitor and track their results.
Each quarter we offer to your clients a half day workshop. This is free for all of the clients that are part of the E-Learning Center and Group Coaching programs and a fee is charged for other clients. Quarterly, these clients come together to focus on business growth. You and I work together to determine the topics for the day and we each do a presentation. This results in YOU being the expert.
